Every review a buyer leaves on Etsy stays on Etsy. Switch platforms or open your own shop, and the reviews stay behind on Etsy. A bogus suspension takes them away entirely. When to ask

Worth knowing

Use a verified link here. Send one with the shipping notice, and the review that comes back carries a mark saying it came through a one-time link you sent to that person. The mark does not prove a purchase, but you decided who got the link, and Etsy gives you no way to do that.
