TheyRave for Depop and Vinted sellers
Your rating disappears the moment you switch apps
Depop and Vinted show a star rating, not a review anyone can actually read, and neither travels if you start selling somewhere else or open your own shop. A buyer who loved what they bought has nowhere real to say so. A review page gives them a place, and gives you something to point new buyers to that is not just a number.
When to ask
Right after they leave feedback in the app, while the item is still fresh in their head.
Send the link then, not in a follow-up a month later. A review is written in the mood the buyer is in when they get the link, and that is the mood you want on the page.
What to ask
The form has one box, and what goes in it depends on what you asked. These get an answer a stranger can use. “Great seller” does not.
- What did you buy, and did it match the listing photos?
- How fast did it ship, and how was it packaged?
- Would you buy from this seller again?
What lands on your page
An example, written to show the shape. The name, the tags and the verified mark come from the reviewer and the link they used, and nothing shows until you approve it.
Example
Bought a leather jacket that looked exactly like the photos, shipped next day, wrapped better than stuff I have gotten from actual stores.
Worth knowing
A verified link works well tucked into the message you send after a sale ships. The review that comes back carries proof it is a real buyer, not just someone leaving a nice comment.
