Supporter and what it adds

Supporter is the paid plan. It is $6 a month, or a yearly price that works out cheaper. Your page and its reviews work without it.

What it adds

The list under your plan on the Account tab marks each feature you have. A few that need Supporter:

• the Promote and Go live rooms in Backstage
• your own questions on the review form, under 2. The form
• every review as a spreadsheet
• where your visitors came from, in Stats

The pricing page sets the whole list beside what free includes.

Start it

1. Open the Account tab on your dashboard.
2. Press Pay $6 a month, or the yearly button beside it.
3. Pay on the Stripe page. Stripe handles the card, so no card detail reaches us.

Stop it

Open Billing and receipts on the Account tab and cancel there. You keep Supporter until the paid time ends. Nothing is deleted when it stops: a pinned review unpins, and the rest waits for you.

If something goes wrong

• "We could not reach Stripe." Nothing was charged. Try again in a minute.
• Your last payment did not go through. Stripe tries again on its own. Updating your card under Billing and receipts keeps Supporter on.
