Safety

The Safety tab starts from what happened to you rather than from a list of settings. Each row under What happened? is a situation. Open the one that fits.

• A platform dropped me: turn on the ban switch, so visitors see you were banned and where to find you now.
• Someone is faking me: fan reports of fake accounts show here. Lookalike Watch looks for accounts copying your name and tells you when one shows up.
• My work leaked: Leaks and Name Watch collects links fans report, and gives you a takedown notice ready to send. A takedown notice is a formal request asking a site to remove your work.
• I need to hide for a while: Lockdown hides every page you have at once. Reopen them when you are ready.
• I want to close on a date: Retire lets you pick a last day and a goodbye message. Your pages close on that day.
• Words on my page: the Protect list holds words that never show on your page, such as your legal name.

If something goes wrong

• A review with a protected word is waiting. It does not go up on its own. You are asked before it can.
• You turned on Lockdown by mistake. Open the Lockdown row again with Manage and reopen your pages.
