Photo Scrub
A photo from your phone carries where it was taken, when, and on what. Drop photos here and get clean copies back. They never leave your browser: nothing is uploaded to us or anywhere else. Free, no account needed.
Read and cleaned in this browser. Your photos are never sent to us or saved.
What a clean copy is
Your browser draws the picture again and saves it, which drops every tag in the file: the GPS position, the camera, the time, the software, and any hidden text. A JPEG saved again may lose a little sharpness; quality 92 keeps nearly all of it, and a PNG loses nothing. A clean copy has “clean” in its name, and the original is untouched. What is in the picture itself, such as a street sign or a reflection in a window, is yours to check.
