Approve, hide and reply to reviews

A new review never goes straight onto your page. It waits for you, and nobody else sees it until you say so.

1. Open the Reviews tab. New ones sit under Waiting. The filter at the top also has Approved and All.
2. Read the review.
3. Press Put it on my page to show it to everyone.
4. Press Keep it off to hide it. A hidden review stays in your list, marked Hidden, and you can still put it on your page later.

Reply

1. Press Write a reply under the review.
2. Type your answer in Your reply. It shows under the review on your page.
3. Press Save reply. To change it later, press Edit your reply.

More

More holds the rest. Pin keeps a review at the top of your page. Share as a picture makes an image of it for X or Instagram. Delete it removes the review. You press it twice, because a deleted review cannot come back.

If something goes wrong

• You are asked to put it on the page anyway. The review holds a word from your protect list. Read it again before you say yes. The list lives on the Safety tab.
• A review says "Taken off by a moderator". Somebody reported it and a moderator removed it from your page. You can still read it. Write to us if you think that was wrong.
